Depends what you mean by illegal content.
Do you just mean copyright infringing content or selling cannabis, maybe advertising freelance sex work?
Or are we talking actually harmful dark web type things such as child pornography and hitmen for hire?
“Illegal content” is a ridiculously overbroad thing to condemn, is what I’m saying.
