As a Onedrive user, this is a big deal to me. If this feature ended up implemented in Nautilus 46, I will no longer need to rely on web app to access Onedrive
rclone is definitely open-source. I just used it to set up sync for my KeePass DB, since the KDE-integrated GDrive doesn’t work with KeePassXC. It takes a bit to set up (mostly because the Google Cloud console is fucking awful and takes seconds to register any interaction), but works nicely afterwards.

You can use rclone. It “mounts” the cloud storage to a folder.
