The character’s name is Patrick.

His character on Deep Space 9 infiltrates the space station by impersonating an admiral. He does this by saying the following phrase anytime someone asks him a question: “That’s a stupid question”. Because he’s wearing an admiral uniform he gets away with his rudeness and the subordinates just let him infiltrate the station.

It didn’t for me when I tried it a few months ago. I bought the base game on sale for $5. It allowed me max level and access to the base game and zones but all DLC zones were locked out as well as a few classes were locked out.

Looked like the admin u/MichelleG over there got hacked. That account posted a couple stickied posts and then all the css and links started changing on the site.
