Interesting to hear about Brook’s Law. Thanks!

From what I’ve read about their Daily Active Users they’re going to be overstaffed soon. No hate but they exploded and when things settle they might not need as much staff. Thoughts?
I’m at a point where I wish our support forum was at least on Discord, the majority of my community is pretty old but it spans down into a handful of Gen Z with more Millennials and Z coming in as the Boomers get out. Even so the main forum is a Facebook page. Splinter groups using WhatsApp, Signal and iMessage. It’s not like the older gen is technically inept, for the most part, it’s just they’re entrenched and moving them would take a massive, easy to use software that is far superior to FB’s viability. Personally using Discord and it’s seamless jump from PC-Laptop-Phone is nice, admittedly I’m in the same mindset of those in my groups on FB as I haven’t tried anything else.
I am not a clever man.
I tried grabbing Qbit and all I could find was malware. I used to be so so good at navigating all this stuff and stopped to stream for a little. ☹️
Understandable. I was trying to cover all bases regarding your path.
More affordable and better job opportunities is a stretch. I would research where you want to live, once you have a few locations picked out. Find a way to spend some time there to be certain you enjoy the climate, social life, and entertainment. Then start job hunting in those areas, unless you can already remote work, and pick one that works for you in terms of finances, work life balance, and is commutable. Once you have a job offer in hand plan your move. Personally I would rent for a bit before buying a house, who knows maybe you end up hating the hot summers of the South, or the fridged windy winters of the Midwest. After renting for a little (and finances allowing) think about buying a place to settle down in.
That should cover the basics but I did just do that from memory. Anyone think of any more tips let em loose.
Blonde jokes have that as well. Why did the Blonde wear a tight skirt? To keep her legs closed.
Sounds more like a vacation than living there. I think I’d like a beach house but probably wouldn’t after a month or two.
Well scratch that then. Still no issues on your decisions.
No outside food or beverages? She’s just overthinking. If you want to be petty comment that she’s a bad tipper. Go overboard with it as in under $20 bill should be tipping $10 minimum, over $20 should tip in the 50-60% range. It would really get in her head if she’s acting like not consuming is hurtful, actually getting service and not paying a fair tip would be much worse (in her head).
Cool, thanks. I’m not the best at formatting when using my phone.
For those looking for the handout:
person: A B C D E F G H I J K L
round 1: L L L L R R R R — — — -
round 2: L L R R R — — — L R L -
round 3: L R R — — L R — L L — R
In Artillery you call it bracketing/straddling.
Oh wow, I obviously didn’t read the article. Shame on me. Had no idea they had that few on staff.
