After my friends recommendation, I gave the cod mw trilogy a try. First one was good, but shows its age (thise red dot sights are awful).

2nd is great, and my favorite. Seeing a major conflict in the usa, dropping down in a small neighborhood, fighting for your life in a random burger restaurant, its great.

MW3 is good, but its hard to top usa being invaded. Loved Yuri tho.

Legally speaking, rocking is more acceptable than stoning.

The Labour of Love is the only exception of the 2023 release rule, where older, still updated games should win.

All dlcs are cosmetics, some give alternative models to the titans, so they don’t give any advantage, also you dont need any of them.

Trying to replay the early ac games. After finishing ac brotherhood, tried to get revelations running on steamdeck… for an hour. The issue as no surprise was drm and ubisoft. They had an old uplay launcher burned into the game, so I had to install a newer one with proton tricks. (This video saved me)

So bit annoyed, started the game and there have been some questionable changes, some buttons are switched around, there are now two weapon wheels, hookblade feels a bit clunky, but I haven’t gotten far yet.

Dunno why, but it feels a bit bloated, the parkour feels worse, and Ezio always want to jump into haybales for some reason.

The only trouble I found is playing something with opus voice track doesn’t work in the app, and some browsers. Otherwise it’s great

Been using tachiyomi for years and its been great, maybe I should give a try to aniyomi

The average playerbase of linux is still under like 2% so its understandable if they stop supporting it.

Also checked on protondb, and looks like runs great if you enable proton-ge, so you might still want to give it a chance

You can play most of them with proton, but some multiplayer games are impossible because anti cheats not supporting linux.

You can check your games at protondb if they run well, or have instructions how to run them.

Bethesda made mod workshop worked on the consoles, so you could share the pc made mods.

Small setback that it didn’t support script extender, so it was quite limited. Still better than no modding tho.

Dont forget about the moldy helmet, how fun.

Last month I replayed assassin’s creed, now on ac 2. Its still soo good. Somehow managed to fully upgrade the villa before memory block 5, so I guess no need to worry about money anymore. You could say this playthrough Ezio bacame the banker his dad wanted him to be
