Thanks for the answer.
I find it fascinating to graph things like this and the trends you can notice. Which further highlights how big corporations are able to make insane predications because of the sheer number of data points they have.

What caused the massive spike in humidity in the bedroom shortly before midnight?
My mind went to a dirty place is all I’m saying.
I just replied this to the parent comment.
Furthermore even if a card is skimmed these days, at least in the UK, it’s still unlikely transactions would be processed online.
That’s because it’s become so commonplace now for transactions to pop-up in the banks app on the owners phone and they must confirm the transaction and / or receive a code via SMS. Some just use SMS as a means to confirm a transaction.
I guess one vector for attack still remains and that is SIM swapping, but even that is more difficult these days due to widespread awareness from carriers.

Thanks for sharing your experience in this world.
Do you have any idea what changed over that time to make the game evolve to lose that sense of community?
Is it a numbers thing in that it got so large it became more difficult to build longstanding communities? Or something else.
I’m just very interested in this now.
That was sad, heartwarming, and inspiring.
I’ve never been into RPGs and didn’t really understand the appeal. I now regret missing out on the communities that these games can seemingly foster. I was more into Minecraft on my own, which allowed me to escape but the loneliness was probably made worse and thus any low mood that followed.
Really glad I went against my initial instinct that I wouldn’t enjoy this programme as it was really well made.
You don’t find happiness. It comes and goes. Imagine being happy all the time; it would just become normal. You need non happy times to appreciate the happy times.
As someone that is either very happy or very sad, I find happiness in my hobbies. I need my mind to be occupied to pass the time, but then there is the thought I’m just waiting to die and passing time.
Hobbies that make me happy are:
As someone who is down a lot of the time and has ADHD but stopped the meds as the side affects were worse than living with ADHD; I’ve found that routine is a massive thing required to be content with life. Consistent bed time and wake time. I am not a morning person but after 18 months of waking at 07:30 or 06:00, depending on if I’m taking the train to work, that I now wake up a few minutes before my alarm quite often; I’m still tired and I hate it but it gets easier.
Spending time with other people is key too. I find if I’m down it’s usually cause I’ve been alone a lot (which I love) and that can be bad for me so I’ll go see friends even if I don’t want to just to engage.
Luckily I can spot when I’m spiralling. I have an urge to fire up Minecraft and live vicariously through Steve and shut out the world.
I noticed this more as I worked the Genius Bar for a couple of years (UK) and the pricing was outrageous and coverage for some things refused, for example liquid damage on Apple Watch which was advertised as water resistant.
Frequently priced very close to just getting a new one on many accessories like Watch, AirPods, lore end iPads.
I don’t have figures but used to work for Apple. They sold a lot.
I would also like to clarify we were never instructed or had the desire to upsell, in fact I and I assume everybody else would downsell. If you come in for the top of the line and you tell me you’re watching YouTube then I’m down selling you.
Fair enough.
For what it’s worth if you’re happy with anti-cheat at the kernel level then crack on. If I don’t trust corporations with that level of access then that’s also fine.
This isn’t something I would ever install in my system and the two games I play Minecraft and Factorio both don’t have this issue so I’m not missing out by not playing COD 8928384 or whatever popular games use this.
You care enough to reply again.
Not enough observation to read this room aye.
You speak for an entire demographic. How do you get that role?
That’s not a good sample though. This place will shill Linux all day long and are biased in that direction.
I am contemplating the same, but the amount of time I’ll have to put into figure out if I can use my 4060TI with it, or what games I’ll be able to play etc and configure it how I want it is not a small amount of time or research.
Right. I think this is my first time hearing about this person.

You can read this article here which has images, I can’t see what they mean though. She looks fire!
I did try to add images directly here but I’m on a low signal area right now.
If you’re curious how to do this yourself, just type the headline into Kagi and then you’re done. I am on mobile so was lazy and screenshotted this post and then copied the text directly from the image to avoid trying, I then wrote all this so kinda defeated my not wanting to type.
The_piccard_manoeuvre is in holiday.
Where the hell do you live? I live in a pretty large city, Manchester, and I’ve never been concerned with random attacks of violence.
Yeah OP said they had a late shower that night which get my mind out of the gutter.
