I’m fully convinced that their core architecture is a disaster, and the foundations of the app had to be fully redone for this and many other features that other apps have had for years.

Obligatory mention of Baldurs Gate 3. Only about 4 hours in and loving it. When I’m not playing that I’m playing Cyberpunk. That’s also good fun, but obviously not on the same level.

Such a disappointing release all around. It’s good that it’s not locked to old systems anymore but it could have been so much more. For me the biggest shame is that there’s still no PC release. Even with a release of this quality it would at least be always playable on a PC, rather than it eventually being locked to previous gen hardware again.
