you are assuming the bad here.
read my sentence:
There’s a lot of transgender in the hacking (reverse engineer) community…
reverse engineer being an hardcore craft/skill, I don’t think you could reasonably say that I was diminishing them.
seeing how low my score went on a simple sentence, I think it’s time for some reflection, people…
you’ll note that I didn’t say anything special but got downvoted to -76 :)

Sure, as our European businesses - under management of big IT groups - are using indian’s sweatshop - that we have to train moreover!!! - for implementation and operational projects. I don’t say there’s not skilled indian, of course not, but they got a “shortcut”.
West is full of cowards and traitors .
I don’t mind downloading stuff (ie from steam) on PC as this device is multitasking but for a gaming console aka “appliance”, I expect a plug n play approach. and when i speak about streaming, I mean, plug n play, no downloading time and minimized loading (between 5 to 10sec max).
It makes sense. thanks
I never thought I would say that but if remote/streamed gaming is a thing and it works fast, I might consider this option. Pretty sad how the media evolved.
no, I am questioning why do you have those open all the time. in 17y, I never had to. This is just ASCII pr0n to look “deep” .
It’s not even about sysadmins, it’s just hacker wannabe. tomorrow they will say “coz I waNt to maSter mo sYstem”.
yep good luck in auditing the 1.5k packages installed on your system.
do you experience that often ? anyway, the plain, basic ‘top’ command can provide it to you. There’s literally a column %CPU and %MEM
why ? Why do you feel the need to have process monitoring displayed all the time?
That’s true. But I won’t hold my breath as the bar getting low to get a better&better out-of-the-box experience on linux (and it’s good), it will bring its lot of smelly gamer on their racing chair which don’t care usually, they don’t mind to exec this fishy binary to get 5fps. They will come by simple fact that MS, eventually, would have been too far in BS in their Ai-Ads-OS.
Just check this community on YouTube, Twitch and forums. Shitting on AAA title which are a monstrosity of complexity but because it fails sometimes, those smelly, pretentious douche can get quite incendiary quickly.
That’s why I wish that those tiktok games (apex, fortnite,) never ends on linux.
I have the same idea on my mind for a while but seeing how messy the Android space is (mix of gamers and tinkerers), how heavy it is to compile a ROM (250Gb of data), knowing how shity vendor shares - if any - drivers… I feel that it would be better to throw away (in a recycle park of course) that ie: samsung s4 an buy a basic music player.
it’s sad that it is so difficult to build a minimal ROM for an obsolete but still powerful smartphone.
I know about it but it does not make it. It is more about feeling. strange because even Unreal tournament ('99) or Quake 3 holds pretty well today.
Yep but on hardware of that era: PIII 1GHz, GeForce 3, 17" 1280x1024. I started the game recently but it was too empty and low-poly/low-rez (paradoxally at 1920x1080) with modern hardware.
Ah… terrorist, the magic word. That’s why you can’t have a SIM card which is not tied to your ID or passport in EU since 2015. Terrorists actions allowing an state entity throwing 4000t of explosive on civils in a weekend… yep yep…
more seriously (though I wasn’t totally kidding), your non-tech relatives and friends are all on whatsapp/insta/messenger, good luck to move them.
Gamers are here and coming in mass and don’t care about FOSS or security, so I won’t hold my breath.
Von Der Leyen is a swinger clubber
I don’t agree, especially cause we talk here about reverse engineering which is considered as relatively hardcore skill and in the positive way.
If I was saying: “There’s lot of transgenders in blackhat hacking”, there you might draw some negative conclusion.
Anyway, that was not my intention and sorry, it is not something ‘obvious’.
