I’ve made a few contributions to the Linux Mint team and it’s free. It has saved a few machines from the e-waste landfills and I have it on my laptop right now. It’s super reliable and just works so the devs deserve the extra help.

Fun fact. I have hopped around many other distros from Ubuntu to KDE to PopOS and a few dozen others but came back to Mint. It’s rock solid reliable, easy to get work done, easy to customize to your liking, and easy to update. I’ve been using it reliably over the last 5 years and don’t see myself changing any time soon.

I’ve used Mint for close to 6 years on various desktops and laptops and it’s rock solid reliable. My main computer runs LMDE 6 without any issues.
