Redout 1 and 2 are great fun if I’m in the mood for lap times, but I hate racing against the NPCs.

Ctrl+Win+V doesn’t do anything for me. The best part about Eartrumpet for me is that you can manage all audio outputs on your system individually. Since I use a virtual mixer, this makes it easy to adjust everything without being to open the mixer, as well as making sure each program is outputting audio to the right place.
+1 for EarTrumpet
It’s probably the most useful program I have on my Win10 machine.
A small and simple semi-idle frog collecting game where you simply collect rare frogs and let them generate buckaroos so you can collect rarer frogs. There’s a free demo that got me hooked to occasionally logging on and collecting more frogs.
Well, silly me, I should have specified that I did my calculation with signed long, though it shouldn’t affect the outcome much given my rounding at the hundreds.
I like the idea of beer debt to the wall, though!
Unfortunately the bar was built on long int so it overflowed 23 times and landed on about 1.2 billion.
One billion, two-hundred fifteen million, seven-hundred fifty-two thousand, two-hundred-something bottles of beer on the wall, one billion, two-hundred fifteen million, seven-hundred fifty-two thousand, two-hundred-something bottles of beer! Take one down, pass it around…
One less bottle of beer on the wall :)
Exactly. I know plenty of people who have driven a car for over 3 decades, and do not know what a timing belt or a spark plug does. I don’t look down on those people, but it certainly makes sense as to why they don’t know. They don’t really need to!
This is a bold statement considering how many daily Windows users don’t understand how to use Windows.
Crazy how you managed to photoshop the decimal point to the left by so many digits!
(I know, it’s only a partial payment)
No, it’s $31.07. You likely combined the 92 cents and 18 cents to a dollar instead of a dollar and 10 cents.
3 days worth of food? Maybe 3 meals for a child, not 3 days.
By utilizing the Choose 2 combo, the total cost (assuming same delivery cost and adjusted tax) would be about $25 dollars including a 20% tip (based on total and not subtotal, as in the picture). However, that would include a medium pizza instead of a small pizza.
It’s not a massive difference. It is definitely a meaningful difference, but it’s still pretty costly for 2 meals worth of food.
The co-op sucks, but I’m pretty certain invasions don’t occur unless you summon somebody.
If you’re adamant about playing co-op without invasions, you have to mod the game, unfortunately.
A lot of birdwatching, maybe some music-making, and learning to cook very well.
I’m not that young, but sometimes I see people here refer to their childhoods, and then I feel like a baby.
I think that current-gen console gamers are becoming increasingly aware of the reason why consoles can still be competitive: quantity, optimization, and upscaling. It becomes very apparent when every AAA game ships with two graphics modes, performance and quality, which are usually just changes in internal resolution/upscaling, LoD, texture budget, and lighting/RT.
Purely in the perspective of gaming performance per dollar, the current-gen consoles just barely beat out mid to upper-mid range PCs, but factoring in all the other uses of a PC pushes the comparison in PC’s favor.
I second Rimworld, easy to get absorbed and forget that you haven’t had dinner and it’s 11PM
Worst part to me is that the majority of people either never used the entirety of the $25 credit, saving Loblaw’s money. Or, they spent more than $25 while shopping and injected more money into the business.
The percentage of people who went through the effort of spending exactly $25 is probably extremely low.
Say hello to your friends for me, I was in Rochester and also got a great view of the great cloud barrier! 🙃
Bastion has a slew of great soundtracks and environments, and I found the story very impactful. Highly recommend trying the game if you can!
