I like to sync photos taken with my other cameras to my phone. I can’t stand how they’re mixed into the main photo library timeline with iPhone photos now.
Since it’s not possible to keep them separate anymore I’ve started to airdrop folders into the Files app.

I hope he was able to stay relaxed tonight.

The target is to release by September 1st.

The event is scheduled the night before Halloween. I’m an Apple fan that was trying to make an Apple/Halloween joke which clearly didn’t go well. :)
Teal@lemm.eeto Apple@lemmy.world•Apple plans “Scary Fast” product event just before Halloween33·2 years agoYou thought our prices were high before? On the evening of October 30th we’re going to shock the $hit out of you and we think you’re going to love it.
Will the iMac finally get an M2 or will the first M3 computers be revealed? Rumors are kind of all over the place. I think Apple’s internal plan to trick the leakers is working to an extent. I’m not in the market but still interested to see what’s coming.

I had no idea there was such a thing as a dongle expert. :)
Totally understandable, it’s a great app. Nice to know they gave a little extra to existing customers.
Some subscriptions are fine, I’m not against them completely, but the as you said the cost of this one is steep. For my use it’s not worth it but to some others it might be.
I was a Fantastical advocate until it went to subscription model. At the time I was working in a medical office with one of my tasks being scheduling. I heard a lot of people complaining about the stock calendar and I’d often bring up Fantastical and even gave a quick example if time allowed.
Once the subscription model took over I went right back to Apple Calendar.

Another AdGuard user here. I’ve got the paid pro version that allows DNS blocking system wide via the VPN profile method but if you’re just looking for Safari only the free version is good.
Teal@lemm.eeto Apple@lemmy.world•The vague Apple Neural Engine, what does it do with the premium we paid for ?5·2 years agoFrom what I’ve read it’s mainly for AI and machine learning jobs. Some common uses are for specific photo editing tasks like AI noise reduction (or other AI based editing) and also video encoding make use of the neural engine.
Aside from that I’m really not sure.
