I worked overnight shifts for 18 years before this job. During that time I only got about 3 to 5 hours of sleep a day. Now the more sleep I get the less I want to move in the morning.

Been struggling this week. Idk what it is but if it weren’t for getting the kids to school not sure I’d make it out of bed to get to work.
This was pretty much my day yesterday…I did get out of bed, but minimal was done. Complete waste of a day…
