Fuck I’m reevaluating my life choices in terms of browsers. I assumed the situation of firefox is what it is because mozilla is morally superior and doesn’t compromise. It now seems like it’s not morally superior at all, so the reason for the current situation of firefox must be just sheer incompetence.
Dammit.
Did they give you a fitbit?
Aww, so funny. Lemmy ha 2% posts by linux enthusiasts and 98% posts trying to make fun of linux enthusiasts. It stopped being fun months ago.

This is really whole some

Why do i have he impression that problems only get solved if the solution doesn’t damage a specific class of people?
Well not spyware per se but over the years they found over and over bugs which are really just highways left open in your system ready to be exploited. But to be honest that’s not limited to windows.
I usually ask after the interview and after i’ve received the offer. At that point it doesn’t impact the selection process and you are still in time to reject if you want.
Plot twist, downstairs there is a fantastic free access party
Do you have a source for the “smiling when you don’t really mean it” thing? I’ve been digging around but couldn’t find that anywhere.
