I don’t disagree on anime/children’s content or even Star Wars to an extent but since this is a Pokémon show with no actual Pokémon I think it falls under the corporate commercial category more than anything else.

That’s fine, still feels icky to me personally to watch movies glorifying real life corporations. Not really my idea of entertainment.

Check out BlackBerry.com, that brand name recognition definitely isn’t going to waste. They just serve the enterprise sector now.

BlackBerry still exists and is a pretty big publicly traded company, they just don’t do phones anymore.

Feels like another entry in the “full length, live action commercials” series. Joining Tetris, BlackBerry, Barbie, Jobs, GI Joe, Social Network, Transformers, and even Star Wars since licensing and derivative products make more money than their actual tv and movie content.

I really dislike this trend, even if some of the movies are sometimes good. Feels icky and insincere.

Definitely not like Skyrim apart from the fantasy setting, the game is narrative driven and everything is handcrafted by the devs. Skyrim has way too much randomly generated stuff to feel as rich as BG3. The game also is based off of dnd rules and is not real time action oriented like Skyrim, when not exploring you do things in a turn based mode and have to manage actions/bonus actions/and spell slots to do things. You also manage a party of 4 players and not just the one you make.

If you get the game and don’t have experience with DnD, definitely watch some battle mechanics videos cuz the game isn’t gonna explain all the nuances you should know to be effective.

It’s very good. D4 was also really good to be fair too, minmaxers just screamed a lot online while most people just played the game. I intentionally played a fire sorc this season because these people said it’s unplayable, currently in wt4 and doing tier 20 nm dungeons with my level 65 character so those people were obviously wrong.

This is just a case of making the game as profitable as possible. Most people still haven’t upgraded to the current generation and releasing the game again means a ton of money is gonna be made. This isn’t some result of fan outcry, EA just wants to get that bag.

You’re honestly right. People who pirate new games that are readily available hurt the gaming landscape. I can understand pirating games that are unavailable through marketplaces or are so old that they’re community supported but if you’re pirating something like the game being discussed you’re only hurting the chances of Sony bringing more exclusives to PC and ultimately contributing to games being less available and accessible. There are many ethical situations where pirating totally makes sense but if you’re trying to argue you’re in the ethical right by pirating newly released games then you have some wires crossed. If someone really were against Sony ethically they wouldn’t play Sony’s games at all. Playing the game and telling people you had a good time is literally propping up the thing you supposedly don’t want to support.
