They come wired and wireless.
They come wired and wireless.
I mean, I never paid for it but I did the math many years ago, to explain predatory microtransactions, and found out that for a chance - a perfect rolled no dupes chance - it’d be cheaper to buy a 2DS and a physical copy of new leaf.
Like, there’s only so many times they can release a set or do a palette swap for a ‘new’ collection.
I mean, it’s still the Gameboy Color classic to me…
True WirelesS… Just two buds with no connectors like AirPods and competitors.
I normally name my cars their Model but, like, I won’t say “The” prior to it. Neon was Neon. Aveo was Aveo. So, it’s still a name but more a name in the Roach sense.
Can I see a nude Tayne?
I mean, his voice is perfect for Police Truck and Moon Over Marin but every now and again I’ll just… Stop while listening and think “ugh”
The best of both worlds, I’ve got Flash Carts for all my retro consoles and I’m (slowly) working on ODEs for the others! In the cases where an ODE removes the disc drive, I have secondary consoles! My partner hates that the entertainment stand is covered in video games but loves that most of the boxed games are in storage!
I’m getting both! And I’ve never been a centrist in my life!
My dish still has a flash drive marked “Win 8” which I’ve since overwritten with… Some flavor of Linux. Mint maybe.
This is Analogue’s response to WulffDen’s video on the people who make the aluminum reshell for the Pocket.
Look, the Pocket is a great device for it’s MSRP and not a dollar over. I love having one but it’s not worth any of the “exclusive” editions.
I never played my Switch in handheld mode without instant hand pain until I got the Satisfye hand grip. I’ll sound like an infomercial for that thing but it’s true. It increased my handheld playtime but a thousand fold. Xenoblade, Skyward Sword, Metroid Prime - anything that uses the shoulder buttons basically - only able to play handheld due to that stupid grip.
I’ve got a Steam Deck as well, which is great, but that grip made it possible to use my Switch again without having to take over the living room TV.
I would call IT and give them error codes and attempted remedies. They would do house calls and leave with a few rip its. Everyone in my office usually had my call IT because they (my coworkers and the IT guys) knew I’d at least tried something. If someone else from the office called IT, they knew that I was out of the office or the user was lying about something.
In a world where Sony and Embracer are running around saying we need to be paying $70+ for games (while tipping the devs and buying micro transactions like a good like wallet)… You’re mad at the storefront?
Yeah, go into Walmart and demand they take less of a cut so… The publisher can take more from the devs?
Gabe is rich because he spearheaded a good service (which I’ll admit I thought was a scam back when I was forced to make an account way back when I had dial up) but… 30% is standard. For the price of games? Be mad at Embracer. Be mad at EA. You’re free to not like or use Steam but they let the publishers set the price. Their cut is a drop in the bucket. The whole ‘cut’ debate is just EGS propaganda.
Different guy but I’ve got over 2,700 games on Steam thanks to sales… So I’ve probably saved at least one thousand… Maybe not two, unless we count not buying for Star Citizen as a savings!
Tell that to Zod’s snapped neck the nemesis system.
My Cyberpunk installation has about 177mb of saves right now.
Every other game is basically <1mb.
Back in the day, when it was light-hearted things like Habbo Hotel raids, Triforcing, and secretly hiding CP in the images you upload so that other people help proliferate CSAM.
If you can’t tell by that last part, I don’t go there anymore. /b/ was never good and all that.
Every now and then, I check it out though. I’m obviously old and certainly not anyone’s personal army so I look at a page or two of porn and gore and shrug, click out, and let time march onward.
If you’ve got kids and a partner, you can’t go sit at your computer or take over the living room TV…
So, yeah, I use my Deck all the time. I take it with me on work and road trips but I’m always driving or working so it honestly gets most of it’s use on the couch. Six feet from the much more powerful gaming PC and six feet from the living room media PC that can also play games. Hundreds of dollars of GPU in one room and hundreds of hours using the Deck instead.
Yeah, controller is really the only exciting thing.
