As someone pointed out, gamecopyworld used to have mini iso files for that purpose. They had a guide on how to make your own mini iso as well.

Seems like there are a lot of us trying to access this way. I keep getting a time out error now.

Id say those are subtitles. Either in the same folder (srt file) or they are included in the mkv. You can use a tool like mkvtool to remove them from the file or just turn them off in whatever player you are using.
