Since you’re on iOS you might as well use the default app. It’s not FOSS but still, better than 3rd party clients in privacy sense.

I’ve been really enjoying the latest Thunderbird.
thats not on ios or android, thunderbird runs k9mail (a different projevt they recently acquired which theyre now working on integrating while they do a total overhaul to their pc stuff) but only for android
