The Norwegian Data Protection Authority won against Meta in Oslo District Court

Today, Wednesday 6 September, Oslo District Court ruled in the case between Meta and the Data Protection Authority. The court decided in favour of Data Protection Authority.

    It was the appeal to the original fine by the DPA, but they can (and probably will) still appeal to higher courts.
