I’m looking forward to this despite the lackluster previous season. (Even that had some gems in it.)
Surprisingly, I didn’t like the continuation of old storylines of the last season. It just didn’t seem “original enough” or something. Dunno.
I did like the new ideas they did have and how they continued to poke fun at pop culture. It was a good warmup, so it’ll be nice to see what they bring to the new season.
I’m looking forward to the show. But I’m definitely concerned over if they’re going to be able to end it as beautifully again.
For someone that re-watches Futurama over and over, it’s hard to get behind any other ending than “Meanwhile” in S10. Meanwhile is just a great end to the series that also carries you back to the beginning.
